Vaasan Sähkö’s Online Service Renewed – Customer-Centricity at the Core

Vaasan Sähkö has renewed its online service with the help of Ecoreaction. The new solution combines a customizable user interface, single sign-on and an agile development model into one customer-centric service now used by over 100,000 users.
Everyday operations at an electricity company require constant balancing between different user needs: consumers want clear visibility into their own consumption, property managers oversee multiple sites at once, and customer service must be able to assist quickly – ideally by viewing the exact same information as the customer. At the same time, a vast amount of metering, market and contract data flows in from several different systems.
Vaasan Sähkö wanted to bring all of this together under one login and a unified user experience. The solution chosen was Ecoreaction Online, developed by Wapice, which introduced a modern, customizable user interface and a more flexible model for continuous service development.
