Based on the product configuration, Summium® CPQ creates dynamic and high-quality quotation documentation quickly and easily.

  • Documentation can include several different documents, such as a commercial offer, technical specification, cost specification, and other product-specific attachments.
  • The content, appearance and length of the documents can be determined freely according to your own brand.
  • The system supports Word, Excel and PDF formats for generating documents.

SMART MODELING TOOL

The Smart Modeling Tool is an easy-to-use administrator tool for modeling and maintaining configuration models.

  • Using the tool does not require coding, so you can also build and maintain your system yourself.
  • Because the system’s intelligence is largely based on the data it utilizes rather than hard-coded rules, it makes the system’s logic generic and at the same time makes the system easier to maintain.

System integrations

Engineering-to-Order (ETO)
  • You can easily take into account the impact of customer-specific customizations already during the quotation phase.
  • ETO modules can be added to the product configuration and the necessary customer requirements and cost implications can be defined for them. This can also trigger the quote approval process.
  • It is possible to save the ETO module for later use in other offers.
