Wapice is an award-winning Finnish IoT, industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence company whose main product is the IoT platform IoT-TICKET®. The IoT system of the city of Tampere is based on Wapice's IoT-TICKET® product. Wapice also cooperates in the public sector with Helsinki, Oulu and Turku. Wapice has its own artificial intelligence unit, which currently develops e.g. video analytics solutions aimed at optimizing traffic, as well as innovations in IoT and large language models.

Jari Kuusisto
Jari is passionate about helping cities to reach their sustainability goals and improve citizen happiness with the help of IoT, analytics and AI. Jari is an experienced IoT, Smart Cities and distributed controls professional and has worked in several expert and leadership roles at Wapice and Wärtsilä. Jari is interested in exploring how data analytics and machine learning can be utilized to produce better services in the cities.
Mickey Shroff
Mickey’s mission is to help companies to transform into digital champions utilising the well-known and the latest emerging technologies. Mickey Shroff has over two decades of hands on experience in developing and leading R&D and business digitalisation and solution creation for various industry domains. He is a passionate educator in areas of AI and applied mathematics. Mickey holds an M.Sc.(Tech.) in Information and Natural Sciences from Aalto University School of Science and Technology.
