PRICING
Summium® CPQ enables real-time and flexible cost and pricing information, including discount management and utilization of contract price lists.
- You can manage margin information and discount policies either at the offer level, per product, or even per item.
- The system ensures that margins are always correct and within the allowed limits. Pricing limits can also trigger the offer approval process.
- The system flexibly supports various pricing models, so you can price your configured products and services according to your own pricing model.
GENERATING QUOTE DOCUMENTATION
Based on the product configuration, Summium® CPQ ensures quick and easy generation of high-quality sales and technical documentation.
- Documentation can include several different documents, such as a commercial offer, technical specification, cost specification, and other product-specific enclosures.
- The content, style and length of the documents can be determined freely according to your own brand.
- The system supports Word, Excel and PDF formats for generating documents.
SMART MODELING TOOL
The Smart Modeling Tool is an easy-to-use administrator tool for modeling and maintaining configuration models.
- Using the tool does not require coding, so you can also build and maintain your system yourself.
- Because the system’s intelligence is largely based on the data it utilizes rather than hard-coded rules, it makes the system’s logic generic and at the same time makes the system easier to maintain.
- Data can also come from an external information system or through an Excel interface.

Visual configuration
- Visualize configurable products in real time with dynamic 2D images and 3D models.
- Export a product image to the quote for customer presentation
- Through CAD integration, you can also import actual 3D models of the product as an enclosure to the quote.
Selector – self-service configurator
- The self-service tool Selector, optimized for customer use, functions as a product selector, digital product presentation platform, self-service configurator, and quote request tool, among other things.
- Make buying easier, bring your products available to new customers, and replace paper and PDF product catalogs with an easy-to-use digital solution.
- The request for quote sent by the customer through Selector is saved as a lead in the salesperson’s quote database in Summium® CPQ.
- You can also purchase Selector as a standalone system.
Summium® AI
- Bring the power of AI into your sales process with Summium® CPQ’s AI solution. Talk to a ChatGPT-based chatbot in your native language, and it will help you find the right product and even configure the product to your needs.

System integrations
- Summium@ CPQ integrates with different information systems depending on where each master data is located.

Engineering-to-Order (ETO)
- You can easily take into account the impact of customer-specific customizations already during the bidding phase.
- ETO modules can be added to the product configuration, with customer requirements and cost implications defined for each module. This can also trigger the quote approval process.
- ETO modules can be saved and reused later in other quotes.
Guided Selling
Summium® CPQ supports various guided selling methods as part of the bidding process:
- The system suggests suitable products and services to the purchasing customer based on their needs and provides additional information.
- For the seller, guided questions help build the product configuration partially or completely based on customer needs. The system links these questions to the product’s technical data, modules, or items.
Sales reports
